Moss Valley fine meats is located at Povey Farm, which extends to some 240 acres and lies in the picturesque Moss Valley, fairly close to the Sheffield / Derbyshire county boundary. The animals are specially selected from
their best crossbreed. The type of pig produced from these two types of pig makes the meat succulent and tender.
It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves them!
