Scorpion BBQ Sauce is a 'stripped back' smoky and slightly spicy BBQ sauce.
This sauce is made with slow cooked tomato, vegetables and chillies with a top note of heat being provided by a healthy glug of 'The Scorpion's Tale' chilli sauce which is added at the end.
